Terms and Conditions
Thank you for considering commissioning from me. By placing an order, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. I do not take any responsibility if you have not read them.
General
✦ I reserve the right to refuse any commission request without providing a reason.
✦ Once your commission is accepted, I may work on the commission on stream, unless pre discussed otherwise.
✦ I may post the completed work on my social media and website for promotional and portfolio purposes, giving proper credit to both you and any other artists involved.
✦ While working on your commission, I may also be involved in other projects.Payment and refunds
✦ In rare cases where unforeseen issues arise, I reserve the right to withdraw from completing a commission. In such instances, you may be issued a full, partial, or no refund, depending on the progress made.
✦ In regular commission cases where I do not withdraw, there will be strictly no refunds after the work has commenced.
✦ Commissions can be paid 100% upfront. Alternatively, you may choose to split the payment with 50% upfront and 50% after the following
- sketch approval for art projects
- a preview of model with half the parameters ready for rigging projects
✦ Please do not send any payment until you have confirmed the commission and I have provided you with the go-ahead to proceed with payment.
✦ Commission can be cancelled without incurring any charges if the payment has not been made yet.
✦ Payment can be made through:
- Ko-fi Donations
- Paypal invoice
- Local bank transfer (Australia/ Malaysia)Processes

✦ You may be placed on a waitlist is there are multiple ongoing projects. Confirmation only occurs once a slot is available.
✦ Upon confirmation, the commission will begin after the first invoice payment has been made.
✦ The average completion time is 1-2 week for a YCH project and 1-2 months for a custom project. Duration may vary based on circumstances, clear communication will be provided.
✦ Revision will be allowed in the following stages free of charge. Additional revisions may incur a fee:
For Art:
- Sketch stage
- Adding of base colour stage
- Line art stage (only 1 round)
For Rigging:
- Regular updates will be shared, minor revisions and feedback are allowedUsage rights-Vtuber
✦ Commissioned Vtuber models may be used for commercial streaming and Vtubing purposes.
✦ Commissioned art can be used for personal usage, such as profile pictures, etc. They may be used for commercial purposes with additional charges which are to be discussed and agreed upon.
✦ When using the commissioned work, please credit me appropriately. For models, ensure clear and permanent credits in your Twitch and/or Twitter bio.
✦ You are not allowed to post models' original full-sized .PSD/png file online.
✦ Modifications to models or artwork is not allowed unless I consent. Approval is on a case-by-case basis.
✦ You may not claim the authorship of the commissioned work.
✦ I do not consent to the use of my work for NFT or AI related projects.
